Cheddar Cheese Beer Soup
Ingredients

Butter or margarine -- 6 oz

Onions, chopped fine -- 12 oz

Red bell peppers, diced -- 12 oz

White pepper, ground -- 1/8 tsp

Garlic powder -- 1/4 tsp

Chef-mate® Sharp Cheddar Cheese Sauce -- 96 fl oz

Water -- 64 oz

Minor's® Chicken Base Gluten Free made with Natural Ingredients -- 2 Tbsp + 2 tsp

Beer, lager -- 60 oz
Preparation

1In a sauce pot, melt butter or margarine. Sauté onions and red bell pepper until tender. Add pepper and garlic powder. Mix well.

2Stir in Cheddar Cheese Sauce, water, Chicken Base, and lager. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously.

3Reduce heat. Simmer 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.

4Hold on steamtable or bain marie until needed.
