Garlic powder1/4 tsp

  1. In a sauce pot, melt butter or margarine. Sauté onions and red bell pepper until tender. Add pepper and garlic powder. Mix well.
  2. Stir in Cheddar Cheese Sauce, water, Chicken Base, and lager. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously.
  3. Reduce heat. Simmer 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.
  4. Hold on steamtable or bain marie until needed.
