Chicken n’ Wafflewich
Ingredients

Waffles, whole wheat, or Belgian Waffles, toasted, quartered, 20 each -- 30 oz

Chicken breast fillet, fried, 10 each -- 40 oz

Cheddar cheese, slices, 10 each -- 7.5 oz

Bacon, strips, cooked, 20 each -- 5 oz

Maple Sausage Gravy

Chef-mate Country Sausage Gravy 6 x 105 ounces, 1 pt. -- 17 oz

Maple syrup, 1/2 cup -- 5 oz
Preparation

1Fry the chicken breast until a minimum internal temperature of 165°F is reached.

2Mix together Country Sausage Gravy and maple syrup.

3To serve, spread 1 oz. Maple Sausage Gravy on the crown and 1 oz. Maple Sausage Gravy on the heel of the waffle.

4Build the sandwich with the fried chicken, cheddar, and bacon.
