Butter, unsalted -- 2 oz.
Minor's Chipotle Flavor Concentrate 6 x 14.4 ounces -- 0.5 oz.
Granulated sugar -- 4 oz.
Table salt -- 0.25 oz.
Walnuts, chopped -- 4 oz.
Pecans, chopped -- 4 oz.
Cashews, raw, chopped -- 4 oz.
Peanuts, all types, raw, chopped -- 4 oz.
Melt butter over medium-high heat. Once butter has melted, whisk in Chipotle Flavor Concentrate until thoroughly dispersed.
Add sugar and salt and whisk briskly for 30 seconds or until sugar is dissolved. Add nuts and thoroughly toss in butter mixture.
Spread nuts on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake in a convection oven at 325°F for 10-20 minutes or until the nuts are lightly toasted.
Cool and store in an airtight container.
