Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • All purpose flour -- 12 oz
  • Baking soda -- 1 tsp
  • Salt -- 1 tsp
  • Butter, softened -- 8 oz
  • Granulated sugar -- 7 oz
  • Brown sugar -- 7 oz
  • Vanilla extract -- 1 tsp
  • Eggs, whole, raw, fresh, 2 eggs -- 3 oz
  • Nestlé Toll House Semi-Sweet Morsels Standard Size Bulk 25 pound - 900 count -- 12 oz
  • Nuts, walnuts, English, chopped -- 6 oz
Preparation

Preheat conventional oven to 375° F.

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.

Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Gradually beat in flour mixture.

Stir in Toll House Semi Sweet Morsels and nuts.

Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased sheet pan.

Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool on sheet pan for 2 minutes, remove to wire rack to cool completely.
