Ingredients

Biscuits, plain or buttermilk - prepared, 7-1/2 cups20 oz
Eggs, scrambled, 10 each16 oz
Red bell peppers, small diced, 3/4 cup5 oz
Red onion, small diced, 3/4 cup5 oz
Chef-mate Country Sausage Gravy 6 x 105 ounces, warmed, 2 cups16 oz
Cheddar cheese, shredded, 3/4 cup5 oz

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Sauté bell pepper with a small amount of vegetable oil before adding to casserole.
  3. In ramekin/small serving dish, place crumbled biscuits and top with scrambled eggs, sautéed pepper, onion, Country Sausage Gravy, and cheddar cheese.
  4. Place in oven until warmed and cheese is melted.

Garnish with chopped parsley.
