Country Sausage Quiche

Diced bell peppers and spinach are mixed with shredded cheddar cheese, whisked eggs, CHEF-MATE® Country Sausage Gravy and baked in pie crust for a crowd-favorite quiche made easy.

Ingredients
  • Scallions, fresh, sliced -- 8 ea
  • Spinach, chopped, frozen, thawed, optional -- 1 cup
  • Cheddar, sharp, shredded -- 2 cup
  • Eggs, beaten -- 12 ea
  • Chef-mate Country Sausage Gravy -- 2 cups
  • Salt To taste, to taste
  • Pepper -- to taste
  • Pie crust, prepared, 9-inch, deep dish -- 2 ea
Preparation

    Preheat oven to 325°F.

    In a medium bowl, whisk together the scallions, spinach, cheddar, eggs, and gravy. Season with salt and pepper.

    Divide into two prepared pie crusts.

    Place in center of oven and bake until cooked through and golden on top, about 40-50 minutes.

    Allow quiches to cool 15 minutes before serving.
  • 6
    Cut each quiche into 5 portions.
