Creamed Mushrooms, Gluten Free*

  • Virgin olive oil -- 1 Tbsp
  • Mixed wild mushrooms, sliced -- 1 lb
  • Stouffer's® Alfredo Sauce Gluten Free, hot -- 1/3 cup
  • Parsley, fresh, chopped -- 1 Tbsp
  • Chives, fresh, chopped -- 1 Tbsp
Preparation

Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms, and cook until softened, approximately 2–3 minutes.

Add Alfredo Sauce, parsley, and chives. Serve immediately.
