Lemon Tarragon Lobster Salad
Ingredients

Mayonnaise, 1/2 cup -- 4 oz

Lemon juice, fresh, 1/2 tsp -- 5 g

Minor's Lobster Base (No Added MSG)* Gluten Free 6 x 1 pound, 1 tsp -- 5 g

Celery, 1/4 cup -- 1 oz

Chives, fresh, 1 tsp -- 1 g
-
Tarragon, fresh, 1 tsp -- 1 g

Lobster, cooked -- 12 oz

Avocados, 1 each, diced -- 3 oz
Preparation

1Whisk together first six ingreidents.

2Fold avocado and lobster into the dressing gently. Thoroughly mix so all pieces of avocado and lobster are coated with dressing but be careful not to overmix and destroy the integrity of the avocados.

3Serve on a New England style bun lined with bibb lettuce, or menu with lettuce cups for an shareable plate.
