Loaded Poblano French Fries

Classic loaded fries with fire roasted poblano create a shareable specialty with a contemporary Latin twist.

Ingredients
  • Sour cream -- 1/4 cup
  • Minor's® Fire Roasted Poblano Flavor Concentrate Gluten Free -- 1-1/2 tsp
  • French fries, straight 3/8 cut, cooked, hot -- 8 oz
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded -- 1 cup
  • Bacon, cooked, diced -- 1/3 cup
  • Scallions, bias cut -- 1/4 cup
Preparation

    In a small mixing bowl, combine sour cream with flavor concentrate and refrigerate.

    Remove hot fries from fry basket. In a large mixing bowl, immediately toss hot fries with shredded cheese and place on a warm plate.

    Top fries with bacon. Drizzle fries with poblano sour cream and top with scallions.
