Ingredients

Mayonnaise, 1 cup 8 oz
Dijon mustard, 1/2 cup 4 oz
Honey, 1 tbsp 0.5 oz
Olive oil, 1 tbsp 0.5 oz
Maggi Seasoning 6 x 27 fluid ounces, 1 tbsp 0.5 oz
Black pepper, ground, 1/2 tsp 1 g
Mixed greens 1 lb
Watermelon, raw, 1 cup 4 oz
Melon, Cantaloupe, 1 cup 4 oz
Melon, Honeydew, 1 cup 4 oz
Peanuts, all types, raw, 1/4 cup 2 oz
Cheese, parmesan, grated 2 oz

Method

  1. Blend together mayonnaise, mustard, honey, olive oil, Maggi Seasoning and black pepper. Reserve.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, melons and peanuts. Add the dressing and toss to evenly coat.
  3. Divide into 8 serving plates and top with shaved Parmesan cheese.
