Mixed green salad with Savory Mustard Dressing

  • Mayonnaise, 1 cup -- 8 oz
  • Dijon mustard, 1/2 cup -- 4 oz
  • Honey, 1 tbsp -- 0.5 oz
  • Olive oil, 1 tbsp -- 0.5 oz
  • Maggi Seasoning 6 x 27 fluid ounces, 1 tbsp -- 0.5 oz
  • Black pepper, ground, 1/2 tsp -- 1 g
  • Mixed greens -- 1 lb
  • Watermelon, raw, 1 cup -- 4 oz
  • Melon, Cantaloupe, 1 cup -- 4 oz
  • Melon, Honeydew, 1 cup -- 4 oz
  • Peanuts, all types, raw, 1/4 cup -- 2 oz
  • Cheese, parmesan, grated -- 2 oz
Preparation

Blend together mayonnaise, mustard, honey, olive oil, Maggi Seasoning and black pepper. Reserve.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, melons and peanuts. Add the dressing and toss to evenly coat.

Divide into 8 serving plates and top with shaved Parmesan cheese.
