New England Lobster Bisque

  • Water -- 48 oz.
  • Whole milk -- 16 oz.
  • Minor's Lobster Base 6 x 1 pound -- 4 oz.
  • Trio White Sauce & Cream Style Soup Mix 8 x 16 ounces -- 8 oz.
  • Sherry, dry -- 2 fl.oz.
  • Red pepper, ground -- 1 tsp.
Preparation

Heat water and milk in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add Minor's Lobster Base, bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and slowly whisk in Trio White Sauce mix, gently boil for 3-4 minutes.

Season with sherry and red pepper.
Tip:

Cooked seafood pieces (lobster meat, shrimp, mussels, monkfish, etc.) may be added as garnish.
