Libby’s 100% Pure Pumpkin4 oz
Brown sugar2 oz
Egg1 ea
Egg white2 fl oz
Vegetable oil1 fl oz
All-purpose flour5 oz
Baking powder1 tsp
Cocoa powder1 tsp
Cinnamon, ground1/2 tsp
Allspice, ground1/2 tsp
Nutmeg, ground1/4 tsp
Salt1/4 tsp
Nestlé Toll House Semi-Sweet Morsels Mini2 oz

 

Method

  1. Preheat conventional oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch-square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine Libby’s 100% Pure Pumpkin, brown sugar, egg, egg white, and oil in large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until wel-blended.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, and salt. Beat on low speed until batter is smooth. Stir in Semi-Sweet Morsels.
  4. Spread evenly into prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
  6. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into 2-inch squares.
