Water, (1 qt)32 fl.oz
Minor's® Pork Base Gluten Free 6 x 1 pound, (2 tbsp.)1.5 oz
Maggi® Seasoning2 oz
Noodles, cooked32 oz
Pork, BBQ, sliced12 oz
Bok choy, blanched14 oz

 

Method

  1. In a large pot over medium high heat bring the water, Pork Base and Char Siu to a boil.
  2. Divide the broth into six bowls and garnish with the noodles, pork and bok choy.

Garnish with scallions and sesame oil
