Roasted Potatoes

  • Vegetable oil -- 0.25 cup
  • Potato, Yukon gold, quartered or diced 1/2" -- 8 cup
  • Onion, Yellow, diced 1/4" -- 2 cup
  • Red bell pepper, diced 1/2" -- 2 cup
  • Minor's Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate Gluten Free 6 x 1 pound -- 6 tsp
  • Parsley, fresh -- 2 tbsp
Preparation

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the potatoes, taking care to color each side.

When potatoes are golden brown, add the salt, onions, Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate, and peppers. Sauté until potatoes are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Toss with parsley before serving.
