BBQ Sauce -- 1 cup
Minor's Chipotle Flavor Concentrate 6 x 14.4 ounces -- 1 tbsp.
Atlantic salmon, cut into 5 oz. portions -- 30 each
Thoroughly whisk together barbeque sauce and Chipotle Flavor Concentrate. Lightly coat the top of the salmon filet with approximately 1 tsp of sauce.
Bake salmon in a convection oven at 375°F until it is cooked to the desired temperature.
Serve with a selection of 3 sides.
