|Atlantic salmon, cut into 5 oz portions||30 each|
- Thoroughly whisk together barbeque sauce and Chipotle Flavor Concentrate. Lightly coat the top of the salmon filet with approximately 1 tsp of sauce.
- Bake salmon in a convection oven at 375°F until it is cooked to the desired temperature.
