Savory Loaded French Toast

        French Toast Batter

        Eggs, 30 each -- 50 oz

        Buttermilk, 2-1/2 cups -- 19 oz

        Garlic, granulated, 1 tbsp. -- 0.25 oz

        Thyme, fresh, chopped, 3-1/4 tbsp. -- 0.5 oz
 - 
        
        Rosemary, fresh, chopped, 3-1/4 tbsp. -- 0.5 oz
 - 
        
        Parsley, fresh, chopped, 1/2 cup -- 1 oz
 - 
        
        French Toast
 - 
        
        Brioche bun, 10 each -- 60 oz
 - 
        
        Butter, 1/2 cup -- 5 oz
 - 
        
        Cheddar cheese, 10 slices -- 7.5 oz
 - 
        
        Ham, Honey ham, 10 thin slices -- 20 oz
 - 
        
        Chef-mate Country Sausage Gravy 6 x 105 ounces, 3/4 cup -- 20 oz

                                            1Whisk together eggs and buttermilk. Fold garlic, thyme, rosemary and parsley into the egg mixture.

                                            2Dredge brioche slice in savory French toast batter.
 - 
                                            3Cook in hot pan with butter until brown on each side.
 - 
                                            4To serve, place slice of cheddar cheese over the French toast and top with warmed honey ham.
 - 
                                            5Top with 2oz. of Chef-Mate Country Sausage Gravy.
