Shrimp Fried Rice
Ingredients

Oil, sesame, salad or cooking -- 3 tbsp

Onions, raw, diced (1/2 cup) -- 2 oz

Carrots, raw, diced (1/2 cup) -- 2 oz

Garlic, minced -- 1 tbsp

Rock shrimp, cooked -- 2 oz

Peas, green, fresh, (1/2 cup) -- 2 oz

Scallions, sliced (1/2 cup) -- 3 oz

Bean sprouts -- 1 cup

Eggs, whole, raw, fresh, beaten (2 each) -- 7 oz

Brown rice, cooked -- 3 cup

Maggi Seasoning 6 x 27 fluid ounces -- 2 tbsp

Light soy sauce, Low sodium -- 2 tbsp
Preparation

1Heat oil over medium high heat. Sauté onions, carrots, and garlic until tender. Add shrimp, peas, Scallions and bean sprouts, and sauté until hot.

2Push vegetables to one side of the pan. Add eggs to empty side of pan. Scramble eggs until they are fully cooked.

3Add brown rice and toss all ingredients together. Add Seasoning and soy sauce. Toss and serve.

4Try adding chicken, pork, or other proteins for fried rice variations.
