Smoked Cold Brew Fudge

Smokey sea salt is sprinkled over top rich, decadent cold brew fudge.

    Preparation

    Ingredients

    Nestlé Toll House Semi-Sweet Morsels3 cups
    Sweetened condensed milk14 oz
    Unsalted butter1/4 cup
    Roasted pepitas1/2 cup + 2 tsp
    Smoked salt2 tsp + pinch
    NESCAFÉ Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate1/4 cup

     

    Method

    1. Combine Toll House chocolate chips, sweet condensed milk, butter, smoked salt and NESCAFÉ Cold Brew Concentrate in metal mixing bowl and slowly melt over double boiler.
    2. Microwave method: Combine Toll House chocolate chips, sweet condensed milk, butter, smoked salt and NESCAFÉ Cold Brew Concentrate in a microwave safe bowl.  Cook on medium in 2 minute intervals while stirring until evenly melted.
    3. Stir in roasted pepitas.
    4. Pour mixture into pan/mold of choice lined with wax paper.
    5. Top fudge with remaining pepitas and sprinkle smoked salt.
    6. Place in refrigerator for 6 hours to overnight.
