Ingredients

Pork, ground2 lb
Eggs, whole, raw, fresh, beaten (3 each)9 oz
Breadcrumb, dried, (3 cups)3 oz
Onions, raw, diced (1/2 cup)2 oz
Cheese, parmesan, shredded, (3/4 cup)2.5 oz
Garlic, minced1 tbsp
Fennel seed, ground1 tsp
Chile flakes, dry1 tsp
Maggi Seasoning 6 x 27 fluid ounces1.33 tbsp
Parsley, fresh, chopped (3/4 cup)0.25 oz

Method

  1. Combine the pork, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, cheese, garlic, fennel seed, chile flakes, Maggi Seasoning and parsley in a mixing bowl.
  2. Roll meatballs into 2 oz. portions.
  3. Roast meatballs in a convection oven at 375°F for 12-14 minutes or until fully cooked.

Serve with tomato sauce.
