Stir Fried Green Beans

  • Sesame seed oil -- 1 tbsp
  • Garlic, minced -- 1 tbsp
  • Ginger root, raw, minced -- 1 tbsp
  • Red pepper, crushed -- 1 tsp
  • Yellow bell pepper, julienne -- 0.5 cup
  • Onions, raw, julienne -- 0.5 cup
  • Green bean -- 1 lb
  • Maggi Seasoning 6 x 27 fluid ounces -- 2 tsp
Preparation

Heat oil over high heat. Sauté garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper flakes for 1 minute or until fragrant.

Add peppers, onions, and green beans and stir fry for 3 minutes or until green beans are cooked.

Season with Maggi Seasoning.

Serve as a side dish. To create a version of this dish in a Sichuan style use Maggi Seasoning and fresh chiles.
