Sesame seed oil 1 tbsp
Garlic, minced 1 tbsp
Ginger root, raw, minced 1 tbsp
Red pepper, crushed 1 tsp
Yellow bell pepper, julienne 0.5 cup
Onions, raw, julienne 0.5 cup
Green bean 1 lb
Maggi Seasoning 6 x 27 fluid ounces 2 tsp

Method

  1. Heat oil over high heat. Sauté garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper flakes for 1 minute or until fragrant.
  2. Add peppers, onions, and green beans and stir fry for 3 minutes or until green beans are cooked.
  3. Season with Maggi Seasoning.

Serve as a side dish. To create a version of this dish in a Sichuan style use Maggi Spicy Seasoning.
