Method
- Beat cream cheese and Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin in large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, cinnamon and ginger; mix thoroughly.
- Cover, refrigerate for 1 hour.
For a lower-fat version of this recipe, substitute light cream cheese for cream cheese. Serving suggestion: Serve with fresh fruit, bite sized crackers, gingersnap cookies, mini muffins.
