Sweet Pumpkin Dip

  • Cream cheese, softened -- 16 oz
  • Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin 6 x 3 kg -- 15 oz
  • Powdered sugar, sifted -- 12 oz
  • Cinnamon, ground -- 1 tsp
  • Ginger, dried powdered -- 1 tsp
Preparation

Beat cream cheese and Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin in large mixing bowl until smooth.

Add powdered sugar, cinnamon and ginger; mix thoroughly.

Cover, refrigerate for 1 hour.
Note:

For a lower-fat version of this recipe, substitute light cream cheese for cream cheese. Serving suggestion: Serve with fresh fruit, bite sized crackers, gingersnap cookies, mini muffins.
