Ingredients

Chicken wing, raw, frozen 24 lb
Minor's Szechuan Sauce RTU 4 x 0.5 gallon 0.5 gal

Method

  1. Pre-heat fryer to 375°F.
  2. In batches, deep fry wings until crisp and golden and the internal temperature has reached 165°F approximately 8-10 minutes.
  3. In a medium stainless steel mixing bowl, add hot wings and Szechuan RTU Sauce. Gently toss to evenly distribute sauce.
  4. Serve.
  5. Accompany with edamame pods or celery. Garnish with cilantro leaves, sesame seeds etc.
