Minor's Hollandaise Sauce Gluten Free 12 x 1.5 pounds pouch 24 oz
Butter, unsalted 0.25 cup
Button mushroom, sliced 3 cup
Onions, raw, fine dice 3 oz
White pepper, ground 0.5 tsp
Broccoli floret, fresh 32 oz
Cauliflower, florets, fresh 32 oz


  1. In a sauce pot, melt Butter, unsalted . Add mushrooms and onions; sauté until tender, approximately 2-3 minutes.
  2. Steam broccoli and cauliflower in stock pot until slightly tender. Toss with mushrooms and onions mixture and place mixture in a 2" greased baking pan.
  3. Bake vegetables in 350°F conventional oven for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
  4. Pour the Hollandaise Sauce over vegetables, covering them well.
  5. Bake the casserole for an additional 8 minutes - or until the sauce is heated through.
