Ingredients

Sesame seed oil2 tsp
Vegetable oil, blended2 tsp
Onions, sweet, raw, Julienne (1/2 cup)2 oz
Garlic, cloves, fresh, minced1 tbsp
Scallions, sliced (1/4 cup)0.64 oz
Celery, julienne (1/2 cup)3 oz
Carrots, raw, julienne (1 cup)4 oz
Cabbage, raw, fine shredded (1 cup)4 oz
Peas, green, frozen, (1/2 cup)2 oz
Chinese noodle, cooked, hot1 qt
Light soy sauce1.5 tsp
Maggi Seasoning 6 x 27 fluid ounces1.5 tsp

 

Method

  1. Add sesame oil and vegetable oil to pan over high heat.
  2. Add onions, garlic, and Scallionss. Saute for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add celery, carrots, cabbage and peas and saute until vegetables are al dente.
  4. Add noodles, soy, and Maggi Seasoning. Toss until well mixed and all ingredients are hot.
  5. For alternative spicy flavor, replace 1/4 teaspoon Maggi Seasoning with 1/2 teaspoon Maggi Spicy Seasoning.
