Ingredients

Sesame seed oil 2 tsp
Vegetable oil, blended 2 tsp
Onions, sweet, raw, Julienne (1/2 cup) 2 oz
Garlic, cloves, fresh, minced 1 tbsp
Scallions, sliced (1/4 cup) 0.64 oz
Celery, julienne (1/2 cup) 3 oz
Carrots, raw, julienne (1 cup) 4 oz
Cabbage, raw, fine shredded (1 cup) 4 oz
Peas, green, frozen, (1/2 cup) 2 oz
Chinese noodle, cooked, hot 1 qt
Light soy sauce 1.5 tsp
Maggi Seasoning 6 x 27 fluid ounces 1.5 tsp

Method

  1. Add sesame oil and vegetable oil to pan over high heat.
  2. Add onions, garlic, and Scallionss. Saute for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add celery, carrots, cabbage and peas and saute until vegetables are al dente.
  4. Add noodles, soy, and Maggi Seasoning. Toss until well mixed and all ingredients are hot.
  5. For alternative spicy flavor, replace 1/4 teaspoon Maggi Seasoning with 1/2 teaspoon Maggi Spicy Seasoning.
