If frozen (0°F): Cook 50-55 minutes; if thawed (40°F or less): Cook 35-40 minutes. Low Pressure Steamer: 5-7 lb PSI. Place pouch on perforated steamtable pan. Carefully remove using tongs. If frozen (0°F): Cook 35-40 minutes; if thawed (40°F or less): Cook 20-25 minutes. Microwave Oven: 1100 Watt. Pour into a microwave-safe container; cover loosely. Stir during cooking. If thawed (40°F or less): Cook One Pouch High Power 12-14 minutes. For Food Safety and Quality follow cooking instructions: Cook product to internal temperature of 165°F/74°C. |
