8 oz. Hot Pockets® Sandwiches ship frozen with 12 individually wrapped sandwiches per case, 4 oz. Hot Pockets® Sandwiches ship frozen with 30 individually wrapped sandwiches per case and 3 oz. Hot Pockets® Stix® ship frozen with 48 unwrapped stix per case.
