8 oz. Hot Pockets^® Sandwiches ship frozen with 12 individually wrapped sandwiches per case, 4 oz. Hot Pockets^® Sandwiches ship frozen with 30 individually wrapped sandwiches per case and 3 oz. Hot Pockets^® Stix^® ship frozen with 48 unwrapped stix per case. 

As a matter of fact, they do. Hot Pockets^® Sandwiches come individually wrapped in 4 oz. and 8 oz. sizes, and Hot Pockets^® Stix^® are unwrapped and 3 oz. each.
