This is normal: As long as the pod is not removed and discarded it will continue to drip into the cup or the drip tray (once the cup is removed). The dripping lasts longer for coffee pods than for milk pods. To stop dripping, please remove and discard the used pod after the light stops blinking.

The quality of the final beverage is not impacted and can still be consumed. Before preparing the next cup, please clean and dry the pod holder, particularly the beverage outlet opening.

Orders are typically shipped 2-3 business days after the order is placed. All orders ship UPS and can take 1-6 business days to arrive.

Shipping is included in the cost of the box and each box has a prepaid shipping label already affixed on the back of the box. There is no sales tax for Zero Waste Boxes.

When your Zero Waste Box is full, simply tie the inner bag closed and seal the top of the box with tape. Each box has a prepaid return shipping label already attached. Check the shipping carrier on the label and drop the sealed box off at the carrier's nearest location.

Once received, start by unfolding the flat box and follow the folding instructions on the bottom. Next, fold and close the top lid and secure it with the cardboard flap. Press down on the perforated cut-out on the top lid. Remember to place your box in an easily accessible spot.

The drip tray needs emptied. Open the door of the coffee machine. Then remove, empty, and wipe out the drip tray. Replace the drip tray; close and lock the door.

The blue waste container needs emptied. Open the door of the coffee machine and remove the drip tray. Then remove, empty, and replace the blue waste container that holds used coffee grounds. Replace the drip tray; close and lock the door.
