Try it for marinades, soups, stews and ground beef. Au Jus Concentrate is perfect with French dip sandwiches and prime rib, or thicken slightly to make a delicious au jus gravy or use as a baste during roasting. Preparation:
Add concentrate to water and stir well: 1 1/4 tsp concentrate + 1 cup water; 1 Tbsp + 2 tsp concentrate + 1 quart water; 1 lb (1 container) concentrate + 4 gallons water
