To make a seasoned stock or broth, add to hot water and stir:
- 1/4 cup to 1 quart water
- 1 cup 1 gallon water
- One (3 lb) container to 5 gallons water
To make a seasoned pan sauce, add to hot water and stir:
- 1/2 cup to 1 quart water
- 2 cups to 1 gallon water
- One (3 lb) container to 2-1/2 gallons water
This ingredient may also be used directly, without dilution, for an intense roasted chicken stock flavor and texture.
