Preparation
To enhance scratch stocks for soups, sauces and gravies, add Base to reach desired flavor. To make an instant, fully-seasoned stock or broth, just add Base to water and stir:
3/4 tsp base + 1 cup water
1 Tbsp base + 1 quart water
1 lb base (1 container) + 5 gallons water

Suggestions
