PREPARATION & STORAGE

Preparation

Add Roasted Vegetable Reduction to reach desired mouthfeel and flavor. To make a seasoned stock or broth, add to hot water and stir:

  • 1/4 cup to 1 quart water
  • 1 cup 1 gallon water
  • One (3 lb) container to 5 gallons water To make a seasoned pan sauce, add to hot water and stir:
  • 1/2 cup to 1 quart water
  • 2 cups to 1 gallon water
  • One (3 lb) container to 2-1/2 gallons water This ingredient may also be used directly, without dilution, for an intense roasted vegetable stock flavor and texture.
