Nestlé Coffee mate “Make Their Day Count” Sweepstakes Official Rules

Sponsor: Nestlé Professional Solutions, 30000 Bainbridge Rd, Solon, OH 44139 (“Sponsor”).
Administrator: Brandmovers, Inc., 1320 Ellsworth Industrial Blvd, Suite 1000, Atlanta GA 30318 (“Administrator”).
Eligibility: The Nestlé Coffee mate “Make Their Day Count” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to food service operator employees (who are in who are actively employed by a food service operator as of the date of entry and date of prize award) who reside in the 50 United States or District of Columbia and are at least 18 years of age or older (or 19 years of age or older for residents of AL and NE) (each, an “Entrant”). Void where prohibited. This Sweepstakes is not open to members of the general public. Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes (collectively with Sponsor and Administrator, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate. Employees of Crumbl Cookies, Cinnabon, and Auntie Anne's locations who satisfy the eligibility requirements may enter the Sweepstakes and are eligible to win a prize. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes each Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Administrator’s and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon the selected Entrant fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on October 31, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://www.nestleprofessional.us/make-their-day-count (‘Website”) to find, complete and submit the entry form to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per Entrant during the entire Sweepstakes Period. By entering, Entrant represents that they have informed the business identified on the entry form of the submission. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on October 31, 2026. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, interrupted or other technical issues in connection with submitting an entry or accessing the Website, including but not limited to entries that are not received by the entry deadline for any reason.
Random Drawing/Winner Selections & Notifications: On or about November 5, 2026, Administrator will conduct a random drawing, to select twenty (20) prize winners from among all eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential prize winners (i.e., the Entrants listed on the selected entries) will be notified by Administrator on or about the business day following the random drawing, by email or telephone (“Winner Notification”). The potential prize winners must respond to the Winner Notification, within forty-eight (48) hours of Administrator sending the notification, or such potential prize winner(s) may forfeit their prize (subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion), and an alternate potential prize winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Administrator may select up to three (3) alternate potential prize winners. If Administrator is unable to award a prize after the initial potential prize winner and three alternates, that prize will not be awarded. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator are responsible for lost, unanswered, unchecked, misdirected, or technical glitches associated with the winner notification or verification process. Upon Administrator’s receipt of a potential prize winner’s response to the Winner Notification, Sponsor or Administrator will mail the prize (as described below), to such prize winner, at the address of the business listed on the prize winner’s entry form.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARVs”). Twenty (20) Prizes: One (1) $300 gift card for one of the following retailers (the gift card awarded to each prize winner will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion): Crumbl, Cinnabon or Auntie Annes ARV: $300.00 each. Gift cards are subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions accompanying or printed on the gift card. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $6,000.00. Prizes will be awarded provided they are validly claimed by December 4, 2026, after which no alternate potential winners will be selected, nor unclaimed prizes awarded. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Prizes are subject to availability, are non-transferable, non-negotiable, not redeemable for cash, non-refundable and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or prize component for one of equal or greater value for any reason. No substitutions, exchanges or transfers of prizes, except as provided herein. All taxes (including, without limitation, state and federal income taxes) and the reporting consequences associated with the use and acceptance of any prize are solely the responsibility of each prize winner. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of prizes.
Publicity Grant: By submitting an entry, each Entrant agrees to allow use of their name, username, likeness, city and state of residence, and/or biographical information for promotional purposes (including posting on Sponsor’s website), in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide in perpetuity, without additional compensation or notification to, or permission from, Entrant, except where prohibited.
Entry Conditions and Release: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, emails, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of Entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor and Administrator, will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of Entries, and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received up to time of cancellation or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Entrants, by participating, agree that Sweepstakes Entities, and their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used to register for Entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The “Authorized Account Holder” is the natural person who is assigned an account by the Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning such accounts or the account associated with the submitted email address. The potential winners may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder.

Governing Law and Venue: These Official Rules are governed by US law and are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Any dispute arising from these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Delaware except to the extent preempted by U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules or principles (whether of Delaware or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION: PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.
