CHEF-MATE® ¡Que Bueno! Jalapeño Cheese Sauce is combined with shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, fresh jalapeños, and sour cream; baked with panko on top, and garnished with more bacon, cilantro, and sliced jalapenos for a dip with a kick.

Ingredients
  • DIP:
  • Chef-mate Que Bueno Jalapeno Cheese Sauce
  • Bacon, lardons, cooked -- 12 pieces
  • Sour cream -- 1 cup
  • Breadcrumbs, panko --3/4 cup
  • TOPPING:
  • Bacon, lardons, cooked -- 4 pieces
  • Jalapeno, fresh, sliced -- 2 each
  • Cilantro, fresh, chopped -- 1/2 cup

    For the Dip: Preheat oven to 375°F.

    Mix the jalapeno cheese sauce, 12 pieces cooked bacon, and 1 cup sour cream in a large bowl.

    Transfer the mixture to a 12-inch cast iron skillet and top with panko breadcrumbs.
