Hot Masala Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  • Minor's Honey Citrus Pepper RTU Sauce -- 1 qt
  • Minor's Masala Curry Flavor Concentrate -- 1/4 cup
  • Chicken wings, cooked -- 4 lbs

    Preheat deep fryer to 325F.

    Working in batches, add wings to fryer baskets ½ way and slowly submerge in oil.

    When the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165F, remove baskets from the oil and hang on the fryer rack for 1 minute to drain excess oil. Repeat this method until all wings are fried.

    In a large stainless steel bowl, add Honey Citrus Pepper RTU and Masala Curry Flavor Concentrate. Whisk until combined.

    Add wings to the bowl, toss and serve.
