Chai Coffee
Ingredients

NESCAFÉ Taster's Choice House Blend 100% Pure Instant Coffee Granules -- 4 tsp

Hot water -- 1/2 cup

Granulated sugar -- 2-3 tsp

Quarter-size slices of peeled fresh ginger -- 2

Whole black peppercorns -- 8

Ground cardamom -- 1/2 tsp

Ground cinnamon -- 1/8 tsp

Lowfat milk -- 1 cup
Preparation

1Combine water, coffee granules, sugar, ginger, peppercorns, cardamom and cinnamon in small container. Let sit for 3 minutes.

2Place milk in microwave-safe pitcher.

3Microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute, 30 seconds or until very hot.

4Strain coffee mixture into pitcher; discard spices.

5Divide between 2 mugs.
Tip:
Use cold milk in place of hot and serve over ice for an Iced Chai Coffee.
