Asian Pepper Steak Sliders
Ingredients

Stouffer's® Green Pepper Steak 4 x 72 ounces -- 72 oz

Sesame oil -- 2 fl oz

Bread, whole-wheat, slider buns -- 24 ea

Radishes, raw, julienne cut -- 6 oz

Bean sprouts -- 6 oz
-
Carrots, raw, julienne cut -- 6 oz
-
Scallions, thin bias cut -- 1 oz
-
Cilantro, leaves -- 1 oz

Minor's® Teriyaki Sauce RTU 4 x 0.5 gallon -- 24 fl oz
Preparation

1Prepare green pepper steak according to label directions. Set aside and hold warm for service.

2Pre-heat flat-top griddle to medium heat. Using a grilling brush, evenly distribute sesame oil over griddle and toast buns lightly; set aside.

3In a large mixing bowl combine radishes, bean sprouts, carrots, scallions, and cilantro. Toss gently, set aside.

4To serve: Using a slotted spoon, portion green pepper steak onto each slider bun. Accompany with 3 oz of teriyaki sauce and 1 oz of vegetable mixture.
