Ingredients

Stouffer's Green Pepper Steak 4 x 72 ounces72 oz
Sesame seed oil2 fl.oz
Bread, whole-wheat, slider buns24 ea
Radishes, raw, julienne cut6 oz
Bean sprouts6 oz
Carrots, raw, julienne cut6 oz
Scallions, thin bias cut1 oz
Cilantro, leaves1 oz
Minor's Teriyaki Sauce RTU 4 x 0.5 gallon24 oz

Method

  1. Prepare Green Pepper Steak according to label directions. Set aside and hold warm for service.
  2. Pre-heat flat-top griddle to medium heat. Using a grilling brush, evenly distribute sesame oil over griddle and toast buns lightly; set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl add radish, bean sprouts, carrots, onions, and cilantro. Toss gently.
  4. To serve: Using a slotted spoon, portion Green Pepper Steak  onto each slider bun. Accompany with 3 oz. Teriyaki Sauce and 1 oz. of vegetable mixture.
