Beer & Chorizo Queso Dip

  • Chorizo sausage, raw, ground -- 10 oz.
  • Onion, diced -- 6 oz.
  • Garlic, chopped -- 0.5 oz.
  • Chef-mate ¡Que Bueno! White Queso Sauce 6 x 106 ounces, warm -- 2 lb.
  • Beer, Mexican lager -- 4 fl.oz.
  • Cilantro, chopped -- 0.25 oz.
Preparation

In a medium pot over medium high heat, brown chorizo. Add onions and garlic and sauté 2-3 minutes. Add White Queso Sauce and stir until well blended.

Remove from heat and add beer. Stir to mix. Keep warm for service.

Sprinkle dip with chopped cilantro and serve.
