Method

  1. Pre-heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill each tomato cut side down on grill for 2-2 ½ minutes.
  3. To serve: Place 8 oz. Corned Beef Hash on a plate, top with two sunny side up eggs, one tomato half grilled tomato, and 1 slice toasted white bread, cut in half.
