  • Chef-mate Corned Beef Hash 6 x 107 ounces, prepared -- 107 oz
  • Egg, sunny side up -- 3 lb
  • Tomato, Roma, split lenghtwise -- 24 oz
  • White bread slice, toasted -- 12 oz

Pre-heat grill to medium-high heat.

Grill each tomato cut side down on grill for 2-2 ½ minutes.

To serve: Place 8 oz. warmed/heated Corned Beef Hash on a plate, top with two sunny side up eggs, one tomato half grilled tomato, and 1 slice toasted white bread, cut in half.
