Ingredients

Mini hot dogs with flour coating (corndogs), 7 oz each42 lb
Trio Cheese Sauce 8 x 32 ounces, prepared, hot160 oz

 

Method

  1. Pre-heat fryer to 350°F.
  2. Fry each order (12 pieces) of mini corndogs for 8-9 minutes, or until center reaches 165°F.
  3. Serve 2 oz Cheese Sauce with each order of corndogs.

NOTE: Combine mini corndogs and cheese sauce with soft pretzels and potatoe wedges as part of an appetizer sampler.
