Frankfurter sausage, All beef hot dogs -- 6 lb

Hot dog bun, warm -- 4.5 lb

Cheddar cheese, mild, shredded -- 1 cup
Preparation

1To serve: Place one hot dog each, in one bun each. Top each hot dog with 2 oz. Hot Dog Chili Sauce with Beef each, and 1 tsp. cheese each. Serve two per plate.

2For possible side items, try serving alongside 4 oz. waffle cut French fries, ketchup and pickle relish.
