  • Frankfurter sausage, All beef hot dogs -- 6 lb
  • Hot dog bun, warm -- 4.5 lb
  • Cheddar cheese, mild, shredded -- 1 cup

To serve: Place one hot dog each, in one bun each. Top each hot dog with 2 oz. Hot Dog Chili Sauce with Beef each, and 1 tsp. cheese each. Serve two per plate.
