Country Fried Steak and Eggs

Ingredients
  • Water -- 4 fl.oz
  • Trio Southern Country Gravy Mix 8 x 13 ounces -- 2 tbsp
  • Country Fried, Beef sirloin steak, country fried -- 10 oz
  • Roasted Potatoes - prepared -- 4.5 oz
  • Egg, sunny side up or scrambled -- 4 each
Preparation
  • 1
    Prepared Southern Country Gravy Mix per directions. Keep warm.
  • 2
    Fry the steak in a deep fryer according to manufacturer’s directions.
  • 3
    Remove from fryer, divide in half and place on plate with roasted potatoes and eggs made to order.
  • 4
    Ladle 1-1/2 fl.oz of gravy on each half of the steak and garnish with chopped parsley.
