Trio Southern Country Gravy Mix 8 x 13 ounces2 tbsp
Country Fried, Beef sirloin steak, country fried10 oz
Roasted Potatoes - prepared4.5 oz
Egg, sunny side up or scrambled4 each

Method

  1. Prepared Southern Country Gravy Mix per directions. Keep warm.
  2. Fry the steak in a deep fryer according to manufacturer’s directions.
  3. Remove from fryer, divide in half and place on plate with roasted potatoes and eggs made to order.
  4. Ladle 1-1/2 fl.oz of gravy on each half of the steak and garnish with chopped parsley.
