Squid, Calamari rings, breaded, cooked, Gluten free, (1 cup) 5 oz
Peppers, sweet, red, raw, roasted, julienne (1 tbsp) 0.5 oz
Pickles, bread and butter, spicy, diced (1 tbsp) 0.5 oz
Stouffer's Alfredo Sauce Gluten Free (Pouch) 4 x 96 ounces, hot 0.33 cup
Parsley, fresh, chopped 0.5 tsp

Method

  1. Toss together the cooked calamari, peppers and pickles.
  2. Ladle Alfredo Sauce onto the plate. Top with calamari mix, and sprinkle with parsley.
