Grilled Pork Chop and Broccolini with White Cheddar Cheese

Ingredients

  • Pork, center-cut, bone-in rib chops -- 10 ea
  • Salt and Pepper -- to taste
  • Broccolini -- 1 1/4 gal
  • Chef-mate White Cheddar Cheese Sauce -- 2 1/2 cups
  • Chives, chopped -- 2 1/2 Tbsp
  • Breadcrumbs, herbed -- 10 Tbsp
