Ingredients

Water2 qt
Macaroni1 cup
Margarine, or butter2 tbsp
Onion, medium diced1 cup
Celery, medium diced1 cup
Cooked chicken, meat only, small diced8 oz
Carrot, raw, shedded4 oz
Minor's Chicken Base 6 x 1 pound2.5 tbsp
Green bean6 oz

 

Method

  1. In a sauce pot, combine margarine or butter, onions, carrots and celery. Sauté 3 minutes until tender.
  2. Add water and Chicken Base. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add macaroni, chicken meat, and green beans. Heat to a gentle boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and gently boil 5-8 minutes until pasta is tender.
