Hot Masala Chicken Wings

Minor's Honey Citrus Pepper RTU Sauce

1 qt

Minor's Masala Curry Flavor Concentrate

1/4 cup
Chicken wings, cooked4 lbs

 

Method

  1. Preheat deep fryer to 325F
  2. Working in batches, add wings to fryer baskets ½ way and slowly submerge in oil.
  3. When the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165F, remove baskets from the oil and hang on the fryer rack for 1 minute to drain excess oil. Repeat this method until all wings are fried.
  4. In a large stainless steel bowl, add Honey Citrus Pepper RTU and Masala Curry Flavor Concentrate. Whisk until combined.
  5. Add wings to the bowl, toss and serve.
