Irish Crème Green Tea Bubble Tea

The classic taste of rich Irish crème complemented by a delicate hint of liqueur flavor meets bubble tea for a fantastic fusion of flavor in this unconventional Matcha beverage.

Ingredients
  • Matcha Powder -- 2 1/2 Tbsp
  • Water, Hot -- 1 1/4 cups
  • Coconut Sugar -- 1 cup
  • Whole Milk, Cold -- 12 1/2 cups
  • Coffee-mate Irish Créme Concentrate -- 1 1/4 cups
  • Tapioca Pearls - Black, Pre-Cooked -- 2 1/2 cups

    Make a slurry with the hot water, coconut sugar, matcha powder. Ensure matcha powder and sugar are fully dissolved.

    Add cold milk and Coffee-mate® Irish Crème Concentrate to matcha slurry. Mix until fully combined.

    In a glass, place 1/4 cup of tapioca pearls on bottom. Pour 1.5 - 1.75 cups of finished milk green tea.
