Irish Crème Green Tea Bubble Tea

Matcha Powder2 1/2 Tbsp
Water, Hot1 1/4 cup
Coconut Sugar1 cup
Whole Milk, Cold12 1/2 cup
Coffee-mate Irish Créme Concentrate1 1/4 cup
Tapioca Pearls - Black, Pre-Cooked2 1/2 cup



  1. Make a slurry with the hot water, coconut sugar, matcha powder. Ensure matcha powder and sugar are fully dissolved.
  2. Add cold milk and Coffee-mate® Irish Crème Concentrate to matcha slurry. Mix until fully combined.
  3. In a glass, place 1/4 cup of tapioca pearls on bottom. Pour 1.5 - 1.75 cups of finished milk green tea.
