Method

  1. Prepare Low Sodium Brown Gravy Mix according to package directions.
  2. Whisk whole grain mustard into gravy.
  3. Add 2 oz. of pork, 1/4 cup of carrots, a wedge of onion, 2 pieces of potato, and a wedge of cabbage to a plate.
  4. Top pork with 2 oz. of mustard brown gravy.
