Reuben Pizza

  • Oil, neutral -- 2 Tbsp
  • Chef-mate Corned Beef Hash -- ¾ cup
  • Pizza crust, 12 inch -- 1 each
  • Thousand Island dressing -- ½ cup
  • Sauerkraut -- ½ cup
  • Cheese, shredded, Swiss -- ¾ cup

    Preheat oven to 400° F.

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.

    Add in corned beef hash and cook until browned and crispy, breaking up the product as it cooks. Transfer with a slotted spoon to a paper towel lined plate and set aside.

    Place the pizza crust on a parchment lined sheet pan.

    Spread dressing in an even layer on pizza crust. Top with the cooked corned beef hash, sauerkraut, and shredded cheese.

    Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until crust is crispy and cheese is melted.

    Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting into 8 slices.
