Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp 0.5 oz
Vinegar, red wine, 1/4 cup 2 oz
Extra virgin olive oil, 3/4 cup 6 oz

Method

  1. Thoroughly whisk together Minor's Gluten Free Vegetable Base, mustard, and vinegar.
  2. While whisking vigorously slowly drizzle in olive oil until dressing is emulsified.
