Red bell pepper, julienne cut4 oz
Button mushroom, sliced8 oz
Tomatoes, canned with juice, diced36 oz
Trio Brown Gravy Mix 8 x 13.37 oz, prepared, warm78 oz
Chili pepper, green, in Adobo sauce, puréed4 1/4 oz



  1. In a pot, melt butter. Add onions, and green and red peppers. Sauté 2-3 minutes. Add mushrooms and sauté another 2-3 minutes.
  2. Stir in tomatoes and prepared Brown Gravy. Mix until blended.
  3. Add chipotle peppers; stir to blend. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Serve warm.
