Button mushrooms, sliced8 oz
Tomatoes, canned with juice, diced36 oz
Trio® Brown Gravy Mix, prepared, warm78 oz
Chipotles in adobo sauce, puréed4 1/4 oz



  1. In a pot, melt butter. Add onions, and green and red bell peppers. Sauté 2–3 minutes. Add mushrooms and sauté another 2–3 minutes.
  2. Stir in tomatoes and prepared Brown Gravy. Mix until blended.
  3. Add puréed chipotles; stir to blend. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Serve warm.
